Human Resources
The Human Resources Department provides services to the Hospital in the areas of recruitment, retention, training, employee enrichment and administration of compensation and benefits. The department assists other departments in meeting their staffing goals, managing job performance and interpreting policy. The department also supports employees and their supervisors in reaching understanding and reconciling differences to promote effective working relationships.
