Laboratory

No appointments are necessary for almost all out-patient services. Out-patient hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm. We are closed for major holidays.

Laboratory blood draws or specimen drop-off are offered on a walk-in basis.

Patient registration takes place in the Main Lobby Monday - Friday: 6am – 4:30pm. Registration is located in the Upper Atrium (at the top of the stairs, next to the Physical Therapy Department) from 7:30am – 4pm. Emergency Department registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that registration forms require several minutes to complete.

Ninety Percent of all tests requested are performed on-site.

Why choose us? Our dedicated Medical Laboratory Professionals work diligently to perform tests in the most accurate and detail-oriented way, searching for the cause of symptoms, signs of disease, or routine numbers that reveal nothing but normalcy.

We are a Red Cross overstock hospital, supplying blood products to area hospitals and providing consultations to area blood banks. Our reference laboratory service provides specialized testing procedures for 5 area hospitals.

We perform over 480,000 tests annually.

Accredited by the College of American Pathologists, Food and Drug Administration, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act, State of New Hampshire.
