New Hampshire EMS 17th Annual Conference A Success

The New Hampshire "North Country" Emergency Medical Services Conference was held in October at the Attitash Grand Summit Hotel & Conference Center in Bartlett, New Hampshire. More than 310 emergency medical service providers attended this valuable conference.
The conference provides training to emergency medical service providers from New Hampshire and surrounding New England states. All of the courses offered at the conference meet the requirements of emergency medical service provider mandatory annual training. Each year the conference offers new topics to continue to attract additional attendees.
The conference also provides an opportunity to recognize outstanding service and the following individuals were recognized this year; James Gibson, Jr. – North Country Emergency Service Provider; Edward Daniels, Educator of the Year; Owen Pollard and Ramsy Placey received the Youth Award for their outstanding response to an emergency situation. Diane Bunnell, Liza Burrill, Lucy Roy and Theresa O’Neill from the Northern NH EMS Field Office received the Northern New Hampshire EMS Council Awards. These special recognition awards were presented by Edward Laverty, PA, Region 5 Chairman of the Northern New Hampshire Emergency Medical Services Council.
